چکیده
Bioethanol is an alternative fuel produced during biomass fermentation. Among the available resources for bioethanol production, coconut husk interesting raw material due to its high cellulose content. This study aims evaluate conversion into using DES (ChCl:MEA) and NADES (Be:La) solvents delignification process. The molar ratios of HBA HBD two were varied (1:4, 1:6, 1:8) at 2, 4, 6, 8 h each ratio. delignified samples hydrolyzed 5% (w/w) cellulase enzymes fermented seven days Saccharomyces cerevisiae. results showed that could remove lignin about 60.53% 65.81%. glucose content was obtained 0.5% (brix) by both 13.9% 14% (v/v) NADES, respectively.

Three common pretreatment processes based on dilute sulfuric acid, dilute sodium hydroxide and heat treatment (autoclaving) followed by enzymatic hydrolysis were evaluated to provide comparative performance data. Among them, the best result was obtained when the pretreatment of rice husk was carried out with 3% of NaOH solution. The pretreatment of rice husk with NaOH substantially increased th...

Rubberwood (Hevea brasiliensis), a potential raw material for bioethanol production due to its high cellulose content, was used as a novel feedstock for enzymatic hydrolysis and bioethanol production using biological pretreatment. To improve ethanol production, rubberwood was pretreated with white rot fungus Ceriporiopsis subvermispora to increase fermentation efficiency. The effects of particl...

Biofuel produced from lignocellulosic materials, so-called second generation bioethanol shows energetic, economic and environmental advantages in comparison to bioethanol from starch or sugar. However, physical and chemical barriers caused by the close association of the main components of lignocellulosic biomass, hinder the hydrolysis of cellulose and hemicellulose to fermentable sugars. The m...
